Influencer Manager

We are hiring a manager to run influencer marketing for our products on TikTok and YouTube. Your job is to get hundreds of videos promoting our products posted by creators every month and make sure those videos actually get views.

• Find creators in our niche whose videos get consistent views
• Reach out to hundreds of them and turn them into long-term partners
• Negotiate rates that match their real performance: pay per view for the first videos, no big upfront payments, fixed prices only for proven creators
• Come up with the specific video idea and script for each creator so the video goes viral and fits naturally in their feed without looking like an ad
• Review every draft before we pay
• Build the process, CRM, automations, and contractor team needed to do all of this at scale
• Keep spend efficient: you will have a large monthly budget, but we cannot pay thousands of dollars for videos that get no views, and you are expected to solve that

This is a senior, expertise-driven role. You have done all of this before at scale, you can prove it, and you are expected to beat the results our own team is getting today. If you need step-by-step guidance from us, this is not the right role.

The listed rate is $50 to $200 USD per hour, but it is negotiable. We are willing to pay a very high amount for a high-quality affiliate and influencer marketing manager.
